T D 1 ★ 2025-08-02Today I walked into the store for the first time since they opened. One staff member was serving a customer. The other staff member was just standing there listening to their conversation. She did not even acknowledge me. After I walked throughout the whole store checking products only then she asked if I needed help. Customer service is the lowest I have experienced at Shiels stores. I am a regular VIP customer and this is the first time I experience such poor customer service at Shiels stores.

We purchased a watch and were told it could be adjusted, but after paying, they informed us it wasnu2019t possible and that we would need to visit another store and pay $20 for the adjustment. When we asked for a refund, they suddenly said they could adjust it, so we waited u2014 what was supposed to be 20 minutes turned into 40. In the end, we still wanted the refund, which took another 20 minutes to process. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
