Purchased the Active Pro Call+2 Smart watch.nI wanted something easy, basic and wasn't too fussed about the specs, anything under 100.nnLady recommended this brand, took it home to find that there was no charger in the box. Called the store to tell them about it and came back and they swapped it with a new watch.nnAfter 2 weeks of it, the back of the protective cover of the sensor started to peel off.nnAlso the heart rate and BP is incorrect. The numbers move up and down without contact on the skin. Plus the 'detailed diagram / stats' is the same, its just a picture.nnThe health app keeps interfering with my phone and automatically pops up the word 'Copied' everytime I'm in the app.nnUnable to return as I lost the receipt.

Most staff are rude and unwilling to help you.nWent in to get a return an item that wasn't right and was told very rudely 'we don't offer refunds, it's written all over the store' when i question it and said that it's a bit silly to not offer returns, I was again told 'no it's not silly it's company policy'.nI excepted the exchange that was offered and I was questioned on WHY I wanted to return the item. I told them it was from my husband and that it wasn't something I would wear, she looked over at my husband and said 'oh well that's not very nice is it?'.nnI had a look around and found something to exchange it for and then the system wasn't working, so I left to do my other shopping and came back.nnAfter more mess around (not knowing which bits I was returning/exchanging, and another rude interaction with the other staff member) I finally completed the exchange and could leave.nnI won't be returning to Shiels West Lakes, or any other store, and I won't be recommending it to anyone else.nI really hope that the staff at West Lakes undergo some basic customer service training to ensure customers return.
