i went to get earrings yesterday and a very rude middle aged blonde lady served me. she was happy and smiling at first then once i changed my mind about something i wanted her whole demeanour changed she immediately was unhappy and seemed annoyed that i no longer wanted the first option. do not like these ladyu2019s at all. donu2019t recommend at all!!

No Refunds, Rude Staff u2013 Avoid This StorennI had an extremely frustrating experience at Shiels. My mother purchased an item thinking it was gold, but it turned out to be silver-filled u2014 there were no clear product descriptions at the time of purchase. But the real issue isnu2019t even the misleading product u2014 itu2019s the way this store handles customers after they take your money.nnI came in to request a refund, something every decent store offers. But Shiels clearly has a no-refund attitude once the sale is made. They donu2019t care if you were misinformed or if the product wasnu2019t clearly labelled u2014 they just want your money and wonu2019t give it back. It feels money-hungry and unethical.nnTo make matters worse, the staff member who served me, Tammy C, was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes, raised her voice, and made the entire situation uncomfortable and upsetting. I came in calmly and respectfully u2014 and was treated with arrogance and zero empathy.nnThis store clearly prioritises sales over honesty, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere that values customers and stands behind what they sell.
