Absolutely horrible service at the Shiels Elizabeth store. I waited around 15 minutes to be served and not one salesperson acknowledged me. One staff member was just standing around and not serving anyone.nnI came in to have a bracelet swapped as the O-ring is faulty and keeps coming undone, but I was told I had to return to the original store. The staff were far from helpful and made no effort to assist. I should have been able to swap this item at the Elizabeth store.nnI then travelled to Munno Para, where the staff were lovely, welcoming, and extremely helpful, and the issue was handled without any trouble. A big thank you to the Munno Para team u2014 the Elizabeth staff could definitely take some notes on customer service.

Not surprised only 3 stars.nWhat a poor effort of customer service.nBought a $3000 ring in February 2025 for my wifes 40th birthday.nNovember 2025 the ring snaps, apparently because it was weakened when They resized it.nSo they send it off to be assessed 15th November, we hear back 23rd November they will replace as it's their fault.nThey say there is 5 in SA in a size Q, which is the size we need. 27th November they tell us to come in, no they dont have one but a smaller size they can resize, this was the issues in the first place, no we will wait till the Q is in store.n29th November we have the Q in, go in no they dont same smaller size they showed us before, please order the Q.n1st December we can not get the Q there are none in this size in SA.nAgain we didn't want a refund as tgis is the ring I chose for my wife.nOk we can do an order to have one made, yes please start the process.n9th December a phone call asking us to come in and try the smaller ring. I explained it should have been ordered to make one, no they dont know what I'm talking about.n15th December call to ask if we want to start the process of having one made.nnThis is the worst customer service I have ever had, each person didn't really have time for us as we were not buying something they did not seem interested.
