We rang the store and Savannah and Sian were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The ordered the more delicate looking model in for us and rang when it was available for pickup. Straight away I had great service dealing with Sian, who also kept me updated with any delays due to shipping around Christmas time. Upon picking the ring up, I dealt with Alisha and Sian who were both amazing to deal with and have a good joke with also. Would definitely recommend this store and dealing with these two amazing people who have a passion in customer service and selling jewellery! Thanks again
