I recently visited this store to get a permanent bracelet done, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.nThe store assistant who attended to me was extremely unprofessional and appeared unsure of what she was doing. During the process, she was openly bickering with other staff members, which made the environment uncomfortable and awkward. She even stopped midway to take a personal phone call, and in the process, made mistakes with my bracelet.nIt also felt like she was in a rush to leave, as she couldnu2019t complete the service properly. On top of that, there was an argument among staff about who the sale should be attributed to u2014 something that should never happen in front of customers.nOverall, the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and chaotic atmosphere left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better service in the future
