I am deeply disappointed by the experience I had at Bevilles. What should have been an exciting and meaningful visit to purchase a diamond ring turned into an uncomfortable and distressing encounter that felt unmistakably like racial profiling.nnWe stood in the store for over fifteen minutes without being acknowledged. During this time, several staff members made direct eye contact with us, only to deliberately turn away moments later. Instead of offering assistance, they repeatedly approached other customers even those who entered the store after us while pointedly ignoring our presence.nnWhen we began browsing independently, hoping this might prompt engagement, the behavior only became more blatant. Staff members retreated to corners of the store, pretending not to notice us, engaging in casual conversation, and then abruptly rushing past us to assist other customers, all while continuing to glance in our direction. The pattern was consistent, deliberate, and impossible to overlook.nnWhat makes this experience even more troubling is that this store is located in a large, well known mall that attracts people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. In such an environment, one would reasonably expect professionalism, inclusivity, and respect. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and judged based solely on appearance.nnI sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as part of meaningful diversity and sensitivity training. Customers should never feel marginalised or disregarded in a retail environment especially one that represents a prominent brand. No one deserves to be treated as invisible.

I bought two pairs of watches from this store today. While dealing with the first pair, I experienced good customer service. However, when it came to the second purchase, the staff member assisting me was different, and the experience was disappointing.nnThe staffu2019s behavior came across as rude u2014 taking the items away while we were still checking them and responding with visible frustration. She repeatedly cited company policy, but in a manner that felt unprofessional and disrespectful.nnIf company policy restricts certain actions, it should still be communicated politely and respectfully. Customers should not feel they are being treated rudely because of a policy. If the issue lies with the policy, the frustration should be directed at the company, not the customers.

I had the loveliest experience with a man named Tom. He helped me choose a watch for my partner. He was one of the loveliest people I have ever met. 100/10 service that man needs a raise
