Terrible service from a female staff member at Swarovski Knox! Only big size in stock, she insisted it 'looks great' on me despite it not fitting. Lied saying no medium/small sizes available (can order online)! Prioritized other paying customers, ignored me as 'too much trouble'. Went back today, she still claimed no small size until I forced her to check other storesu2014turns out they had it! Unprofessional sales push only, strongly not recommended

I visited with my young daughter to purchase a gift. I was served straight away by Romina and the customer service was very friendly and attentive. The way they packaged my gift and provided a gift card for me to write in and stickers for my daughter. Best customer service Iu2019ve received in a long while!
