I visited the Southland store this afternoon . On entering the store, the indifference from the staff members was evident . Two staff members appeared disinterested in attending to customers. Notably, an Asian staff member seemed to be the only one actively working. Unfortunately, none of the staff wore name tags, making identification impossible. I inquired about a specific pair of earrings and was informed that they were unavailable, despite my mention of the Chadstone store confirming the availability of two pairs at Southland. The staff showed no interest in verifying the item's availability. I had to locate it myself within the store. The service was subpar compared to other Swarovski stores I have visited. It was disappointing to see staff dressed in casual attire, appearing unprofessional and disinterested in customers. Has there been a decline in standards?

I came here on Wednesday 18 more less at 12:30, I was looking for a birthday present and outside of the store there was one big announcement about 40% of discount in different pieces even more they say if you buy 2 you receive an additional 20% of discount, the jewelry has regular prices and behind with red the special 40% price, I try to bought 2 pieces and they charge me the regular prices, after I paid With my card and I realized. I told the lady that was a mistake with the charge and show the the prizes, after I said that she was so rude and say u201cpeople move the prices in the store every time we canu2019t control it I will give you a refundu201d I feel bad for the way she say it and just accept the refund, I was supposed to pay $285 and she try to charge me $400. Just outside of the store I checked the same jewelry online and in fact has the 40% discount, not sure why she has this kind of attitude if I just asked about it if they will not have discounts they shouldnu2019t have the announcements outside of the store.

Always a great experience in this shop! Some great sales too!! Such friendly service in this store. Highly recommended.
