Purchasing an engagement ring is a major life event, her professionalism yet down to earth nature, ensured it was a seamless and memorable experience. She went above and beyond, kept me informed and genuinely wanted me to be confident in my choice of ring. I visited many jewellery shops prior to Shiels, where I received very little customer service or felt pressured into buying.nnSince my purchase, my mother and sister have both attended shiels Mt Gravatt for their Christmas shopping. We will now be returning to Jamie Leigh, to purchase our wedding bands!
