I had a great experience at Lovisa Marion downstairs (LV1) thanks to Mia. Her customer service was amazing and she genuinely made my day. She was friendly, attentive and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.nnThe store was also very clean and well organised, and it was clear the team was busy, productive and actively helping customers. Lovisa is lucky to have Mia. Iu2019ll definitely be back!

Excellent service by Ashlee who went through the racks to get a certain pair of earring which appeared to be all sold and yet found it, even when I thought I was wasting her time! I am writing to express my concerns about the piercing experience my daughter had at your Marion studio. Unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing and concerning experience. My daughter's father took her in for a helix piercing, but several issues arose during the procedure that I feel need immediate attention.nnFirst, the piercing was placed in the wrong spot, too high on the ear and into the fold, which caused unnecessary discomfort. Additionally, the jewellery used was inappropriate, as it featured a butterfly backing, which is not suitable for this piercing. Most concerning, however, was the use of a piercing gun instead of a needle. As you may know, piercing guns are not recommended due to the potential for unnecessary trauma to the ear, and they carry a higher risk of complications.nnWe were unaware of the severity of the situation at the time, as my daughteru2019s father has no experience with piercings. Unfortunately, the issues were not discovered until after the piercing was done, at which point the area had already been compromised. We then had to take her to another professional piercing business to have the jewellery removed. The new studio was shocked at the condition of the piercing and informed me that the jewellery was inserted too tightly, preventing adequate swelling, which could have led to further complications.nnI am extremely disappointed in the quality of service and the lack of proper training in your staff. I would strongly urge you to reassess your piercing practices and ensure that your team is properly trained in all aspects of piercing procedures, including correct placement, appropriate jewellery, and the use of piercing needles over guns.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.
