We bought two necklaces and one had a kink in it which I didnu2019t notice until i got home and they refunded it fully and I bought one I liked more. My daughter was a bit rough with her very fine necklace and they had it fixed for free and recommended a good one to wear all the time while travelling. Thanks to all the staff we interacted with over that time - they made it very easy!!
