very bad experience we brought a apple watch strap and a cover for $73 and the payment went through. as we left the store one of the workers chased us down saying the payment didnu2019t go through when it said on our end of banking it went through and made us pay for it again taking double the amount all because it didnu2019t go through their end and said if the $73 doesnu2019t come back tomorrow to go back into the store and theyu2019ll give us a refund. the money did come out and they basically scammed us for double

I had a really disappointing experience at Lovisa (Browns Plains) today. I purchased two gifts one for my daughter and one for my niece and was told I could only receive one bag because they only give out one bag per customer, regardless of how many items you buy. I've honestly never experienced anything like this. It makes no sense, especially when you're buying multiple gifts. Another customer behind me even gave me their bag because they felt bad, which says a lot. What made it worse was being offered a u201cgift bagu201d for around $5 instead. For a jewellery store, providing a simple extra bag should be basic customer service, not an upsell. It doesn't make customers feel valued at all, it feels stingy and unnecessary. This experience left a really poor impression and it's something the store should really reconsider

Honestly.. the worst customer service at a lovisa store Browns plains...I've ever enoountered.. asked for assistance twice, and instead of helping me, I was pointed in the general direction of what I was looking for after i explained i needed help as i had no glasses.. with no assistance i found it hard to find screw on flat backs for my piercing that i urgently needed. Unfortunately i ended up with push on as I just picked out of frustration in the end.. not happy!
