Popped into Swarovski at DFO on Black Friday and it was absolutely packed, but Amber was still incredibly patient and helpful the whole time. She took the time to help me style a few pieces, gave honest suggestions, and never made me feel rushed even though the store was so busy. I ended up buying way more than Iu2019d planned because of her amazing service and eye for styling. Amberu2019s customer service was next level!!!!

Really disappointing experience at Swarovski today. The staff member helping me was fine, but Melissa was rude, abrupt, and spoke to me in a harsh way when she got involved. A luxury brand should have luxury service u2014 not attitude. This kind of behaviour is a disgrace and it ruins the experience.

I visited the South Wharf store today to purchase a necklace and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite clearly stating that my friend and I wanted separate transactions, my purchase was put through under my friendu2019s profile because it was u201cmore convenientu201d for the staff (that was the exact word and reason provided). When I asked to cancel and redo the transaction under my own profile, I was told it wasnu2019t possible because the staff member didnu2019t know how, and I was advised to simply pay under someone elseu2019s account and forget about the points as they donu2019t mean anything.nnI would kindly suggest additional training to help staff better understand the sales system and deliver a more professional, customer-focused experience.nnI completed the purchase anyway in the way that was convenient for her, but it would have been much better if the process had been handled correctly from the start.
