I donu2019t usually review badly. Pushy, upsells, rude. I had tiny budget, something to wear as the wedding band is too small, engagement too annoying for day to day jobs. I was apologetic and said I understand if they donu2019t have anything suitable. Generally rude atmosphere, and the salesperson assisting used every pushy line to make me keen on each ring regardless of if I liked it and it was anywhere near the budget. Love Lara at Treetops was wonderful, found lovely ring under budget ($200). Michael Hill at Robina were lovely and helpful, not pushy. Highly recommend both of them.

One star is generous. After now reading reviews on the poor quality of products this brand sells, my situation isnu2019t even a surprise.nnMy partner purchased a ring worth $799 for me for Christmas, by the 9th of January it had already lost a gemstone, so my partner had to take it back in, then we waited a few weeks to receive it back & then a few weeks after having it back, again another gemstone fell out by the 1st of March and weu2019ve had to take it back again. Less than three months old and have already lost two gemstones, for a ring worth $899 this is ridiculous. Whatu2019s worse is being expected to pay $190 for a replacement gem and reset. My partner went in to pick up the ring & was told theyu2019d hope I gave them another chance, I got in there the next night and was told to come back (I donu2019t have time to be up and down the highway to this store. Absolute waste of time, was told Iu2019d receive a phone call & never have. Pathetic customer service.nnThe new lady was lovely & offered an exchange but then the manager said no, I have to buy a new ring & give my old one in to receive 30% off, Iu2019d rather take my money elsewhere than waste another cent here.
