Prouds the Jewellers | Raymond Terrace

Worst customer service ever. It was more important for a 3 way conversation between staff to be completed before serving the only customer in the store. Go figure.

Very disappointed with Prouds Raymond Terrace and wonu2019t be returning and neither will family or friends. Went to purchase a necklace and fell in love with one on half price and intended to purchase it until I was rudely told it was last weeks advertisement. It still had the sale tag on it and the worker helping us was under the impression it was also on sale. Then rudely a manager or higher up came over and spoke down to my mother and I as if it was our fault they made an error and forgot to remove the price tag. This is basically false advertisement and they should have honoured the price we were extremely kind and upset about the matter and the 2 workers were being extremely rude and talking down to us. Horrible customer service, we always used prouds for years and come back for resizing and new gifts regularly. Wonu2019t be returning as they were extremely rude to us and belittled us, instead we went to a different jewellers across the road and they were lovely and even gift wrapped the necklace for free! Lovely ladies. Hopefully action is taken against those two nasty ladies at Prouds as no customer should be treated like this when it is their fault!
