I was searching for a very special gem to be made into a pendant in memory of my dear mother. I was quite specific with the type of gem and shape. I did think I was asking a lot of Carl to locate exactly what I was looking for. However, Carl did not give up, and he was able to locate exactly what I had hoped for. The gem was perfect!nAfter talking with Carl and Edward about the design of the pendant, Edward created several beautiful design concepts to complement the gem. Both Edward and Carl took the time to explain how the beauty of the gem can best be highlighted and a final decision was made. I knew and trusted something very special would be created by Edward. I was not disappointed. The final product was stunning and perfect. Just what I had envisioned.nThis entire process was undertaken via the phone and email, as I live interstate. I was initially concerned about starting this process and not being able to meet in person, but Carl made regular phone calls to keep me informed and sent photos throughout, so it wasnu2019t a problem.nI hope to one day meet Carl and Edward in person to thank them for creating a very special and precious pendant. Their expertise, professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process were of the highest standards.
