Bruce Robinson Diamonds

My fiancu00e9 and I visited this jeweller to get my engagement ring re-sized. The customer service provided by Cameron Robinson was abysmal. We asked if he could confirm serial number for the diamond (something we were told is standard practice when we bought the ring), but he then made a huge show of being offended by the request and gestured to all the diamonds in his cabinet, saying u201cI donu2019t care about your ring, look at all these other bigger diamondsu201d. We thought this was highly unprofessional, petty and clearly showed a lack of regard for how important the ring is to us. He then provided a price guide of $50-70 but ultimately charged us $100. I will never return to this store. Only awarding 2 stars because the re-size was satisfactory.

Excellent, friendly service and well priced repairs. I have been so pleased with the team at Bruce Robinson Diamonds on x3 occasions over the past year. I really appreciated that they were welcoming and professional despite me having my two small children in tow on occasion. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Bruce Robinson redesigned my Mother's 7 diamond cluster ring from its dated 1960's design into an elegant modern diamond ring. Emma was helpful, knowledge and polite, when working with me on the redesign. I wear the ring with pride.
