I went in got a watch as a xmas gift for someone which they didnt need as they ended up getting another watch for xmas. I went in to return and they tell me they only exchange not refund. I think thats terrible. I am now stuck with a gift card of a value ill never use. I could have done with my money back so I can re buy another gift for the person so I basically lost over 200$ just being nice at xmas. No refunds is absolutely crazy!!!!!!!! Ill never buy there again!

Absolutely over the moon. Brought myself a lil something just because and staff were absolutely amazing.nCouldnu2019t have asked for a better experience. Looked at a few other non helpful stores but ended up buying at the one that was willing to go above and beyond. Much appreciated.!

Iu2019m extremely disappointed with my experience yesterday at the Loganholme store.. I wish I could give this place a 0 star review.. my mum and I have been shopping at this store for years but after yesterday we wonu2019t be back and Iu2019ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.. Iu2019m not one to leave negative reviews but after our treatment yesterday this needed to be saidu2026 my mum is currently going through some hardship and has a lay by at the store sheu2019s been paying it off every week without fail which the manager (who is a lovely lady) has approved however when we arrived yesterday to make payment a lady (darker coloured lady sorry didnu2019t get her name) approached us when we were being served by another lady and proceeded to announce to the store that she was late on her payments and did she have the managers approval to which my mum said she did she was then consenting and wanted to know exactly when she spoke to her.. I will be taking this further there is no need for this experience.. shame on you!!
