I am happy to find a bracelet within my budget for my nephew GF from Sheils, Liverpool. I am happy to recommend the Liverpool shop. The staffs are helpful and has given me manufacturing details of the bracelet and how to take care for shine to last. The salesperson Effie was wonderful and given the details of the product. Thanks to the Manager and the others Salesperson who was also helpful to set up the app on my mobile. This has given me the confidence in buying the product. This is buying quality with service.

I visited Sheilu2019s Jewellery to buy an earring. When I arrived, I saw people lining up, but I assumed they had already purchased and were just waiting to pay. So I stood aside and waited. No one acknowledged me or approached me the entire time.nnEventually, I realised the people in line were actually waiting to be served, so I moved over. Even then, the staff member with short hair and glasses completely skipped me and continued helping others as if I wasnu2019t even there.nnThankfully, a lovely sales lady returned from her lunch break and immediately assisted me. She was professional, kind, and treated me with respect. She even said to me, u201cI saw you waiting,u201d which showed she genuinely cared. When the short-haired staff member tried to make her stop serving me and attend to another customer, she stood her ground and continued helping me. I truly appreciated that.nnThis was my first time visiting Sheilu2019s, and it will definitely be my last. Bought a watch for my wife as a Christams present on 30th of Novemeber , the sign said 30% discount on Fossil watches , the price I paid was higher but the sales lady said this is the price coming from the system . Christmas day I gave it to my wife , she went to the store on boxing day to exchange it with another watch from the same store ( never worn, in original state and within 30 days as per the return policy online ) the lady says we do not exchange watches as our policy is different than the website , very deceiving . never again buying from this store or any other Shiels , you never know what is the policy of this store !!!!
