Beautiful jewellery however the store is so hot. I thought it was me but the staff said itu2019s very hot too. Obviously way to many lights, not necessary and makes it uncomfortable to shop, wonu2019t be back. The centre is fine so itu2019s the store. Think about your carbon footprintsu2026. Tone it down.

Went into the store with a smile on my face going towards two staff, seemed like I interrupted their important conversation with my presences, I asked about mechanical watches, one lady huffed and sighed and said.. you mean Automatic watches.. I was like yep thatu2019s the one thanks.. then she snarled and said their all at the front, you walked passed them, I was like.. Ok I donu2019t know which ones they are.. then they bickered at each other deciding whou2019s going to show me, like they could not be bothered. Then the snarled one, huffed again said she will do it, like I ruined her day, then dragged her self with her hands dragging on the ground then pointed at the watches saying.. see thereu2019s the Automatic watches like I was stupid, I had to squint with a magnifying glass to see the dam writing. The owner of that store should do an undercover boss there, youu2019ll see how unwelcoming staff is to the customers.

I found the team at Angus and Coote Lake Haven very helpful. I had an item of jewelry that needed repairs and Amie went above and beyond to have my item repaired to almost brand new. The team kept me updated and I want to thank Lyndell (who was extremely pleasant to deal with) and Amie who dealt with me so very much for your wonderful service and I will be back.
