Sue Mortimer 5 ★ 2026-02-10I had an amazing experience at Shiels. Rita was lovely. The rings I looked at were stunning and I was able to pick a beautiful ring that I bought which was meant to be. I will definitely buy from there again!

The two staff said they will honour the price online but made me wait for the manager to come back from being on break. I offered to buy two if they are same price as website and they refused. View in store as photos are misleading online but the prices are way better online. I saved $60 on earrings ordering them online.

So happy with the product & the prices of discount, etc!! Fixed my new necklace less then 3 weeks as they have to sent it to Eastern State, and no charge at all.
