Nataley Norton 1 ★ 2021-12-27I have never experienced such bad manners from a shop assistant. I bought a pair of blue earrings 4 hours earlier. When I paid for them I said to the assistant don't worry about the receipt. When I met my daughter she said she needed teal. I returned to the store and asked for an exchange not a refund. I was told I can't do either because I had no receipt, the assistant knew I was in earlier and I could provide proof of purchase on my card. There was no signs anywhere in the store to explained their refund policy to which would support her rude argument. What absolute nonsense, by law there must be a clear notice explaining refund policy. I will never recommend that store no matter how cheap it is.
