Very poor service & rude staff. Store was supposed to open at 9am, arrived at 9:52am and store was closed but staff were inside. Came back at 10am, store was full of customers.nAll customers in front of us were offered to have their purchases gift wrapped, yet when it became our turned the staff member was extremely unhelpful & we had to even ask just for a simple bag big enough for the purchase.nWould recommend spending the time to travel to a different store where the staff are friendly and service is much better.

I truly love shopping at Swarovski Fountain Gate. I had purchased some crystals but, due to serious family health difficulties, I wasnu2019t able to collect them for a couple of months. During this time, Breshna kindly reached out to check in and ask if there was anything they could do to help.nnWhat happened next completely touched my heart u2014 she personally delivered the crystals to my home. I cannot thank her and the Manager enough for such incredible kindness and understanding.nnThis gesture went far beyond normal customer service.
