Lovisa | Fountain Gate

Went in today last minute to get piercings with my sister and both the manger and the staff member on shift were so lovely to us. I was nervous to get them done but they were so kind and offered to do both at the same time with the two of them. They did both of our piercings so quickly.nnWe had the best experience and they gave us great advice on which earrings would look good/be the most durable. This was all in the last thirty minutes of their shift and we did not feel rushed what so ever. We couldnu2019t be happier. Thankyou so much beautiful girls! Will definitely reccomend.

Incredible experience at Lovisa Store 2 - Near Kmart. My friend and I were assisted by Esra, she was the friendliest and reassuring worker, which got us feeling welcome enough to get both our ears pierced together.nnMy friend is deathly afraid of needles and had her first piercing with Esra, I cannot stress enough how understanding, compassionate and accomodating she was to make the process easier.nnThe piercing process was quick, like a pinch. Esra was so patient in making sure the piercing was in the right place, almost 10 times I changed my mind and she got it perfect!nnThank you for the help :) Will be coming back!!

Had ear piercings done at Lovisa Fountain Gate Fashion Mall. Brielle did it for us, and was absolutely fantastic! She was so lovely and made my daughter and Mum feel at ease with the process. Could not be happier, Thanks Brielle! ud83dude0a
