Ymran Demiroski 2 ★ 2025-06-05I spend a lot of money at Prouds and generally get really great service but tonight we were literally made to feel so unwelcome like we were crashing a party we weren't invited to. I asked one staff member for a particular style ring I wanted and was told I wasn't going to find what I was looking for in an abrupt manner. My husband then found it and someelse came to let me try it on. It fit so I said we would take it. Go to pay and the other one said can you move because someone obviously more important was about to pay. So disappointing. If my husband wasn't keen on buying me something I would have walked out. Needless to say I think I'll find another place to shop from now on.

Pav 5 ★ 2022-06-13All 5 stars to the lovely young lady who told me she was Lebanese. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, she knew exactly what I was looking for as she has great knowledge of their products and went above and bend. I returned to the store 1 month later and she remembered me and items i wanted to purchase. She is a u2728ufe0f all purchases that I have made were because of her .
